Our project is an exclusive 5-star resort with a boutique condo hotel,

The concept of the resort is a traditional village type, old stone house development with an emphasis on privacy.

Hotel apartments (10 one-bedroom apartments, 12 two-bedroom apartments, 2 three-bedroom apartments and a large outdoor pool with snack bar)

Our project is located on open land near Reževići, which lies between Petrovac and Sveti Stefan (Aman Resorts), on one of the most desirable and least developed parts of the Montenegrin coast. Located 570 meters from the sea in an elevated position, the hotel offers fantastic sea views from all properties and overlooks the Reževići Monastery.

The resort is perfectly situated to offer a quiet and private location, while being only 15 minutes away from the historic old town of Budva and its marina, the main tourist and party center.

Tivat Airport is a 40-minute drive away.

The footprint is only 17.5% of the land area, making it one of the most exclusive projects with the lowest density in the region.

The complete designs were finalized in preparation for an application for planning permission.
