Right of Withdrawal
This page explains the right of withdrawal for consumers using paid services, packages or subscriptions offered through Zukunft Montenegro.

Important Notice
This withdrawal information applies only to consumers where a statutory right of withdrawal exists. It does not usually apply to business users, professional providers, real estate agents, agencies, commercial landlords or other users acting for business purposes.
1. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and enter into a paid contract with us online, you may have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
A consumer is generally a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
If you use our platform as a business user, real estate agent, agency, property manager, professional landlord, commercial provider or for similar business purposes, this statutory consumer right of withdrawal may not apply.
2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
For paid digital services, listing packages, memberships or subscriptions, the contract is usually concluded when you complete the order, accept the applicable terms and the service is activated or confirmed.
3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided until the time you informed us of your withdrawal.
5. Immediate Service Activation
Some services on Zukunft Montenegro may be activated immediately after purchase, for example paid listing packages, featured listing options, provider profiles, membership access or other digital platform services.
If you expressly request immediate activation of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the service may start before the withdrawal period expires.
If the service has already been fully performed before you exercise your right of withdrawal, and if the applicable legal requirements for early expiry of the withdrawal right are met, your right of withdrawal may expire.
This may require your express consent to immediate performance and your acknowledgement that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

6. Business Users
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal generally does not apply to users who purchase services for business, commercial, professional or self-employed purposes.
This includes, in particular, real estate agents, agencies, property managers, commercial landlords, professional holiday rental providers, developers and other providers using the platform for business purposes.
For business users, cancellations, refunds and subscription changes are governed by our Terms & Conditions, package terms and the specific package details shown at the time of purchase.
